Record a decision, what happens if it is missed, and the dates or costs that matter. Link the information and actions it depends on. Ask your assistant what is blocking progress or inspect one subject in detail.
Tell facts from guesses
A fact records its source and whether it was stated, assumed, confirmed or refuted. An estimate can help you plan while remaining visibly unconfirmed.
Correct what changed
You can update records and ask to undo an eligible write. A later conflicting edit can prevent an undo. Request records and change history are retained; correcting or undoing a write does not erase that history.
Prepare the next step
Save an action, a draft or a reference alongside its subject. Recording an action does not perform it: WhatsBlocking's task tools do not send a message, make a purchase or submit a form for you.
Use concise task descriptions. Keep card details, medical records, government identifiers and authentication secrets out of task text and feedback. Feedback reports are visible to the service maintainer.
